Why we should install 3 libs instead 1?

I have a task to use datatime picker in react admin typescript, or just in typescript. And it was a big surprise when all I found was to always install 3 libraries of some kind, instead of just installing one component and using it.

And my code look like 

And it turns out it's even a little convenient, we can use any date provider, maybe we are used to some kind or have experience and this date provider has all the logic for working with date formats languages and so on. The component itself knows nothing about working with the date and works with it through the date provider. It's just a programming pattern. It has 3 libraries. But there is a cheat.

But if you don't need all these libraries redundant functionality just use the standard browser datetime. And its work out of box.
